Wouldn’t it be cool if you could crack a combination, use lasers to blast open a safe containing a Samsung Series 9 notebook, and carry off $10,000 in solid gold? Tweetcracker is the second project in our Boosted campaign, and in it we created a site that users, after signing in with a Twitter ID, were given 3 guesses a day at cracking the code to the safe. With odds nearing 9 billion to one, we of course needed to help things along, so we planted clues on our Facebook and Twitter pages. It’s not everyday that you get to ask people to blast some C4 with lasers in order to win over $10,000 in prizes. Not a bad way to spend a few months of work.
