To shoot ice cream under studio lights, food stylists build it out of lard and other heat resistant ingredients. But Breyers needed their Ice Cream to look like the melt-in-your mouth perfection they're known for. Working with the head designer, I meticulously matched colours for each of
15 different varieties, ensured highlights and shadows were perfectly consistent from sku to sku,
and crafted the perfect spoon from a design file. It was a sticky business, but the result left the client—and ice cream fans—screaming for more.
