The word ‘boisterous’ immediately brought me back to the passion and energy I would find when hip-hop dancing growing up. Without that outlet I feel trapped whenever I hear the music of old routines, and I struggle to ignore the ache I have to dance. All I can do is tap my foot or drum my fingers; these little movements are the only indication of what I’m feeling inside.
