This analysis is the first part of the work for realization of the Good for Food network. It consists on analysis of others networks or projects around food, and their relationship with the whole process around food and eating, from production to storage.
The first part is an analysis of some case studies with their strong and week features.
The second part is a diagram in which are explained all the fluxes envolved in the project.
