One day I found out by chance that my (now broken) phone creates odd "mistakes" when taking pictures in HDR mode. When objects move fast the algorithm seemed to re-connect things that are thought to be one and this creates in some cases very interesting artifacts. Fascinated by the strange aesthetics of these "glitches" I created a series of photographs while I was in Paris.

 

Look at the pictures closely. Sometimes its obvious whats wrong with them. Sometimes the glitch is subtle and not that obvious.
