A music video for Cursive's "Art is Hard" from their album, The Ugly Organ.
"Art is Hard" is a song about artists creating emotional music simply for cash. In the end, these people end up losing themselves in greed and melodrama. Essentially, they sell their pain. I chose to literally portray this exchange as a seedy dealing with the devil. As in the song, eventually the art gets the best of the seller.
