Alex Waldman is a craft cocktail bartender and beverage consultant based in Istanbul. The challenge was to design a menu that is just as handcrafted and special as the list of classic and innovative beverages that it features. Images used in the menu are from vintage Japanese Matchboxes (collected by enthusiast over the years from various bars and restaurants). The menu is divided into sections varying from infusions to swizzles and each type of drink is served in different glassware, which are also illustratively featured in the menu. The menu is handmade in a limited edition. Each edition is bound with a different Japanese technique.
