Six excerpts of P. Neruda 's book "Twenty Love Poems and a Song of Despair" are quoted in this book, along with eleven illustrations. The book is composed of two booklets -one with the text and one with the illustrations- which I bound using wood sticks and hemp string. The first booklet opens from right to left, while the other one from left to right. They are merged together in a way that each page of the the first booklet overlaps a page of the second booklet.
For the cover I used Torréon Marfil paper of 220 grams. The illustrations and texts are printed on Torréon Marfil 120grams paper. The case on which the booklets are fastened is made of carton, cotton cloth and felt.
The illustrations are lithographs printed in an offset press.
The texts are printed with Bodoni movable types, using a simple tabletop proof press.
