I have lost count of how long I have been away from my writing pad scribbling down ideas, thoughts and reflections. But it has always been told by man only change is constant. Indeed, change is something I have always looked forward to - the notion of something different coming up, the uncertainty of things yet to come and how this change could affect me vis-a-vis my bigger aspirations in life and career. 

I was never born to believe in the words "brave" and "independent" for at least how it relates to my family. My upbringing and culture have their own aspects deeply rooted in the Asian genetic makeup. For how far I have reached in my yearnings for the better things in life, I have found myself uprooting from that primordial soil bereft with a new set of beliefs, faith and energy. 

It's been 10 years since I left home. Where I am now is a testament to the fact that we are responsible for our own actions and we can't hold anyone accountable for it. 

And yet again a new direction is coming my way. Something I have wanted to happen years back but never had the courage to do so. Hopefully, this will push me up further and let me discover new things.
