Unlicensed Medicine Prototype:
Through extensive research and support of the NHS National Services Scotland into these archetypical facilities throughout Scotland, a benchmark design brief was developed as part of a strategic business case for the replacement of existing pharmacy production facilities. This was to act as a guide to create specific space adjacencies and consistency between pharmaceutical productions that had included a number of client briefings, workshops and presentations.
The initial concept has examined how natural light can penetrate through the circulation routes to benefit the production zones in an archetypical deep plan building.
