ibis Styles - Design moi un objet

For more than 10 years ibis Styles, a chain of budget hotels, has made design its main lever to enable its customers to experience a unique pop experience each time.
So when it comes to improving children’s stay in their hotels and rethinking meals, toilets and bedtime, the brand naturally looks for its solutions in design.

We decided to trust the young generation of designers by launching the «Design moi un Objet» competition, in particular the creativity of ENSCI students for this second edition.
Accompanied by Studio Brichet Ziegler, 15 projects were able to emerge, unusual, creative, ingenious.
One big winner who saw his project come true :
Steven Wenzler and his nomadic hut "Cabanadodo": A modular and playful structure allowing children to set up their space in a shared room with their parents.
The «Design moi un Objet» contest and its winner were revealed to the general public thanks to the exclusive partnership with Elle, generating 9.7 million impressions.
Exhibited for 5 days at the Paris Design Week OFF in front of more than 20,000 visitors, the nomadic hut will soon find its place in all ibis Styles hotels.
