I'm presently working at Highlight as Graphic Designer and Marketer. I've been there for 3 years and have managed to do some fun designs in my time. My role consists of many parts which I've broken down below.

Highlight: A SaaS Cloud-based network monitoring business tool for Managed Service Providers in the Telecommunications industry.

My main one was our digital shop-front: the highlight website
The Highlight website went under a redesign in late 2019 using the brand guidelines.

The homepage consisted of striking landing page which has the main bullet points and webinar CTA. Scroll a little further and you will find a video CTA quickly tagging a demo-CTA button. All headers and max-width background images used parallax scrolling. CSS Animations were also used frequently to keep the site energetic and engaging.

The website is hard coded using Bootstrap, Jekyll and Netlify, as we had bad experiences with CMS's in the past.
Amongst maintaining the website I also created all the collateral. Within a corporate environment it's not unusual to see a few white papers so below are two I created. Each were roughly 6 pages long, A4 size.
Along with white papers I also did product sheets, describing a feature in more detail, and case studies that were done with partners of ours. An example of each is below.

Also below is a square 15x15cm book that we created for each new starter as part of their welcome pack. It included important first day information, staff profiles, a map of the office and more so they felt more comfortable on the nerve-wrecking first day.
Below is a power-point deck created for the sales team to use with leads and prospects. It re-inforces our messaging and explains features with a quick overview of main points and quote from customers that enforce the product. When available I also inserted video's that described the feature in more detail.
I dabbled a bit into After Effects as well doing basic 2D animation videos supporting features within the product. The one below is of Heat Tiles. The process consisted of story-boarding with our content editor, recording the voice-over with a member of staff, and then making the animations accordingly. These were used in social media and on the website.

There are three in total I did. They can be found on my vimeo
Webinars was an area we also started focusing more on. I did all the webinar invitation emails and social media posts to encourage registration. Another responsibility was moderating throughout the webinar as well to make sure everything was working and attendees were welcomed and engaged. We sent out emails using Mailchimp and on occassion our CRM system, Hubspot.
I also started handling event management as we attended various events throughout the year. This is either with current customers in support or at tradeshows/conferences. We went through different booth styles but eventually settled on going big and bold.

Below is our latest booth which is a 2x3 curve wall with replacable panels, depending on our audience. We also purchased a touchscreen TV to demo the product to really show its interactive and visual nature to a wider audience.
Below is various event collateral created. Left, A5 leaflet about Highlight and Right is a competition raffle ticket for lead data gathering.
Below are various pop-up banners we have also used in the past addressing different users.
Hope you enjoyed!
