In conjunction with The Sunday Times and British Airways comes a celebration "The Art of Travel" where limited edition postcards were created by a group of illustrators throughout the UK and given out as a free gift.

Above was the cover packaging for the set and below was my illustrated postcard aptly named "Faces from Places" The idea stemmed from my own experience at Dubai airport waiting for a connecting flight. The busiest airport in the world and so called "center of the world" lived up to its name. 

So many faces from so many parts of the world crossing paths fleetingly provided such a contrast in culture was something I had to capture.  

I've also been working regularly with The Hi Life, the inflight magazine for British Airways over the course of the year. My favourite project has been this feature looking into some of the best Christmas Markets found across Europe
