Project Overview
As changing fuel efficiency standards affect more and more of Thermo King’s products, each element of their marketing has to work harder to tell the product story in a compelling way.  The website specifically needs to better support each product, while improving its connection to the new brand look and feel, and more easily connecting leads to dealers.  It’s just another element of the marketing mix that needs to improve to meet the challenge of a more difficult marketplace.
 
Practical Considerations
• Improving the product pages, allowing them to house and merchandise information about the product (similar to the amount at the Precedent microsite)
• Improve the Dealer Locator
    - Consider allowing entry of ZIP, of city/state, and improving the look and feel so it is more usable
• Design tweaks to the homepage
     - Bring in line with new look and feel
     - Allow the homepage to feature new products that are being launched
• Improve the Aftermarket section of the site
