I was asked to design a new range of industrial kitchen equipment for the Nando’s restaurant franchise by Vulcan Catering. The design range displayed includes griller, induction cooker, flat plate griller, chicken shoot, bone/scraps drawer, knife and knife sanitation bay design as well as the surrounding table and storage systems.
