_Is a residential project developed for a real state company looking for new and creative ways to attract more clients to their new residential project in Mexico City. The residential tower is located in a neighborhood in Mexico City known to become the newest and trendiest place to live in 2020, Anzures. Our mission was to: "Make the new generation of Mexican young adults aspire to be and live in this tower”.

Our furniture, material, and color choice was certainly a fun experience. All of the decisions made were based on our user qualities such as: young, bold, fresh, and elegant. We decided to work with neutral tones for the flooring as well as the fabrics being used for curtains and the furniture to achieve this sense of elegance. Our contrast to this white canvas of textures was made by our mate black accessories as well as the background of our TV furniture piece, with this we reached a young and fresh feel to the environment. Having chosen our main and secondary colors, we decided to add touches of ashen purple and ashen green, to make space feel a bit more lively and less sober.

The challenge of this project was the tight deadline set by our client since he needed the apartment to be inaugurated in less than 6 weeks. Working under pressure made us forget about renders and pushed us to achieve everything in old school ways. Even though this project was challenging in so many ways this was by far the most interesting project I worked on during 2019.
