visual identity of the Imagology seminar held in Zadar in March 2012.god
The scientific basis of this seminar was imagology (the science that studies the notion of the self as well as foreign countries and peoples). That's why the city of Zadar, and the way he represents their identity and cultural heritage, was shown through a digital collage of old postcards and photos of historical features. The most prominent part of the collage are gates with a statue of a lion (symbol of St. Mark, patron of Venice), and is important because it represents the Italian influence on the cultural heritage of Zadar. The photo shows a statue of a lion with a smashed head (ruined by partisan army after World War II.), which is especially important for the theme of the seminar, as the lion's head was destroyed just because he represented the Italian influence.
