This chat experience allows the shopper to have a conversation with an online adviser, Pearl. The illustrated Colgate avatar is here to recommend a product, a tip or a trick for any specific teeth condition.
Based on the Colgate red palette, the illustrative universe is spread in gradients and pink tones. The responsive components are user-friendly, the tone is fun, which makes the whole experience very appealing and entertaining. A set of banners is also required to direct the user from the e-commerce website to the chat page.
