What it was -
An experimental typography workshop merging typography, design and culture which culminates in the performance of a gif recorded as photographs. Each gif is inspired from a song about an unconventional form of love. Having nothing to do with the regular notions we have for love, it is about love for various other things like peace, travel and even its manifestation as lust.
This workshop was based on the bridge between experimental typography, type design and an exploration of a traditional chinese art form of shadow puppetry but is innovative, and responsive

What was done -
The participants at the institute (MIT- ID, Pune) did some basic type design through inspiration and developed a visual language typical to the song that they chose. After that, they made a gif with some sort of movement and animation through the art form of Shadow puppetry.
