Five Points Development
Identity Design + Branding + Website Design
Five Points Development is based out of the historic neighborhood known as Five Points in Denver Colorado, the history of this neighborhood goes back to the early 1860s but during the Jazz age, it really came alive around 1950s, also known as the "Harlem of the West", its also known for the Famous Green Book, as a friendly place to African American in the age of pre-segregation. With this in mind, the design and brand reflect aspects such as rich history and vibrancy, with a mix of analog and moderns elements. The identity is base on The Rossonian Hotel and the historic "cornice" of the building.
