Publication Redesign
Editor-in-Chief, Randall Lane, playfully asked for ‘the last great redesign' to be that of Forbes. His request was coming from a position of strength as the magazine is alive and well, with billionaires clamoring to be included in their pages. Our design solution was to simplify the look dramatically, to allow the display copy and the art to breathe in white space and to fill the turn pages with copious detail. The templates shown below were embraced by the magazine’s staff who have collectively interpreted our ideas brilliantly ever since.
