“Dynamism in Office Buildings of the Future”

The modern organization of the office-working structure is characterized with advantages and disadvantages. Each worker has its own working space, but it is confined to a particular location of the common organization office. Sometimes, in the course of working process the worker needs constant consultations of other experts. And sometimes there is no such necessity, but there is required only the result of work. And there is no necessity of constant presence at the workplace. But the worker still needs own working space that will wind him/her up for working process.
What does the modern office needs? Where is directed its vector of development? How will in future change the process of office activity of a man? To answer these questions it is necessary to define the main vital activity principle inherited in a modern person. The obvious characteristic is the dynamics of general human vital activity general process. And the mobility of fully functional working space is the development vector that is essential for modern office.
The fundamental principle of our concept is the office mobility along with maintenance of individuality of the office space. The office is designed as modular unit of individual functionality for each person. Such unit may be transformed, for example, into the study and become the part of your stationary family house. At the beginning of the working time such office will be optionally moved to office structure to any another place with the help of guiding monorails, replacing transport. The path and schedule of movement may be programmed for a day, week or there is the possibility to enter certain future events with indication of date, place and time. Thus, one may enter into the day schedule the forthcoming meetings, sports halls visits, travel to park for walk or lunch. All these movements may be carried out by the office both automatically and autonomously. And at the same time the time, spent for transportation, may be used as working one. In case of necessity the schedule may be adjusted in the process. And the place of the office location the owner may choose in accordance with his/her wishes and mood. For example, today the office may be located in park. And another day the office may be moved to urban environment or into the structure of any building, designed for such purpose. In addition, choosing the office structure, such office may also move inside of it. Such principle of working process organization gives a person the possibility to choose the place of work, team and privacy at his/her own discretion and gives more freedom and possibilities.

We tried to break the mould of modern office. The office of future is not the closed space, where the people work, but the working place that dynamically moves within the urban environment, changing its location depending on worker’s preferences. New working place – is private space of a person, where he/she is an absolute owner. There he/she may combine the work of freelancer, office worker or the function of living room. With the help of such office space arrangement there will also come into existence new public space, where the people of different professions will have the possibility to be and work together.
