This microsite was the online component of an integrated campaign for Invesco Trimark. It opens with the “How to Tame a Bear Market Handbook,” which includes chapters like “The Bigger the Picture the Less Frightening the Bear,” “Let Your Money Hibernate Through Bear Season,” and “When a Bear Hands You Lemons, Make Lemonade.”
 
Each chapter contains an animation as well as information and tips relative to the section.
A lot of financial companies and banks have a lot of complicated graphs, and most of us don’t understand them,  we were trying to make it as easy as possible for them.  National print, radio and online ads are also promoting the site, while a television sponsorship on BNN will see experts from Invesco Trimark provide brief informational vignettes with tips for investors.
 
The two full-page print ads, running in trade and business publications like Report on Business, Maclean’s and Advisor’s Edge, use everyday situations to demonstrate that during rough economic times, people can still live comfortably with the bear.
In one ad, a couple sits reading in bed, while the bear sleeps soundly across the foot of the bed. In the other, a man is seen driving his car on a sunny day in suburbia with the bear sticking his head out the back window, like a family dog.
