Rocking the Daisies: Loerie winning poster

F.O.M.O. vaccination
 
F.O.M.O is an acronym for  “Fear Of Missing Out”. It describes the feeling you get when you have everything to do, except what you want. Events like Rocking the Daisies generates a lot of interest, so to promote the event we created posters promoting it by offering ‘the only 100% cure against F.O.M.O,’ a virus spreading through Cape Town.
 
The cure is of course coming to RTD itself.
I found inspiration in already rooted semiotics for displaying medical conditions to add credence to the campaign, namely: medical jargon, prevention posters, symptomatic warnings and the doctor- patient dialogue.
