Refined Living Collection Identity



"We believe that quality design is achieved through innovative thought, elegant delivery, and simple presentation. Some people refer to it as ‘classic or timeless design’
and others define it as ‘true or long lasting value’. We chose to call it… Refined Living."

With the upcoming launch of their new revamped signature collection, 'Refined Living', Ausbuild required a fresh look to showcase to the market. The collection itself spans over 60 standard home designs with countless home options. The designs are all influenced by modern Australian design trends so it was imperative the look of the collection itself matched these aesthetics. 

A logo was developed alongside a range of collateral including, pair of design collection books, floor plan styling, fence signage, large format billboards, buying guides, covenant documents, digital marketing ads, social media and website graphics, EDMs.

A transperency stock was used to simulate the addition of Home Options to a plan.
