Parkvista is a new residential townhome complex by Ausbuild.
The project consists of 55 townhome units, community pool and childcare centre located in the bayside suburb of Thornlands, Queensland. It was imperative that a logo was created that would fit the market space as well as an investment driven booklet. The identity is inspired by natural textures. Matching estate plan, points of interest maps and internal colour flat lays were also produced.
