Video Part 1: Designing pattern with Adobe Capture app.
The original design consisting of black and white circles was assembled into Bull's eye in the Photoshop.
The image was captured with the app's camera feature. Multiple tools were used to create final design, that was directly transferred from the iPhone Adobe Capture app to the desktop Adobe Photoshop app via Creative Cloud.
The pattern was cleaned and and basic hexagon shaped tile element was extracted. The shape was resized and printed for the transfer process.

Video part 2: From Digital Pattern to Porcelain Tile.
This video captures second part of the process, moving from the use of digital tools to hand drawing and sculpting techniques. The print of the extracted shape was hand traced and transferred directly to the surface of the clay slab. The design was than cut with X-Acto knife and cleaned with the brush. The leather hard prototype tile was used to make a plaster mold and finally the mold was used to cast multiple porcelain tiles.
