A fellow employee approached me that her husband was starting something big and that they needed my assistance. Daniel Jack, under the backing of the his employer Williams Family YMCA and several large sponsors such as, JC Penney were seeking to develop a program for local schools. It would be a values base program utilizing teen talent. Under the guidance of Mr. Jack the teens would script and produce these plays in and around local elementary school. My job was character development. Using the vision of Daniel Jack, Will Power was born! And with it the first program complete with activities that paralleled the play.
