Jacaranda in partnership with Media Saints developed a 2D side-scrolling video game to teach English spelling and comprehension skills to primary school students. English puzzles would let you traverse the world, while correct answers on subject matter would give you power ups during duelling to be able to attack enemy creatures. It featured a quest system with different levels dealing with different English subjects, and the content was written by the same people responsible for writing the national English assessments across the board.

The promotional video was a way to capture what the game presented, showcasing the world and the different gameplay mechanics in a way that was informative for teachers, and exciting for students. I was given the character animations and different world assets, with a little bit of gameplay footage thrown in, and I created the flow of the video to showcase what it did.
