Sub-brand creation for Young’s, launching a premium range of seafood favourites.

Gastro was designed to suggest and appeal to ‘everyday special occasions’ - date nights dinner for two. Positioning the range as restaurant quality meals sought to establish Young’s as expert seafood chefs above their well established fishermen credentials.

The Young’s Gastro range is now (Feb 2019) valued at £66m, more than twice the size of the nearest competitor.
