Kafe Grosch Identity
Kafe Grosch was located in the old building of Norway Christiania Bank's Department built in 1828 according to plans by architect Christian H. Grosch. The original Norges Bank branch, now the National Museum - Architecture, consists of three buildings, where the cafe is located in the old part. The building has a beautiful interior with old tiles, vaulted ceilings and beautiful windows. These interior elements laid the foundation for the idea of identity and gave the identity the supporting visual expression of Kafe Grosch. The structure and texture creates a tactile backdrop to the simple and pure identity. The lyrics on the various menus contain known and unknown "quotes" about food, wine and dessert.
