AXISLIGHTING.COM
Complete website revamp, 2007
Art direction, information architecture, navigation planning according to many scenarios that were observed in previous site, wireframes and mockups, coordination of programmer's work, tests and validation, content creation (images and text), quality control and launch.

Axis' purpose is to sell ergonomic, architectural and efficient light. Its products are clean-lined polyvalent fixtures that do not impose themselves visually, but rather integrate more or less seamlessly in the spaces where they get installed. The conceptual approach was to dematerialize light, to show it as a texture only in secondary pages. Product pages had to show the luminaires, and lots of them, and application shots whenever possible, to inspire visitors. Any other information was to be positioned outside the main box, in order to further direct attention to the central slideshow.
