BARBRA STREISAND'S 'DON'T LIE TO ME' MUSIC VIDEO MOTION DESIGN
The project goals
Barbra Streisand was looking to make a strong statement with her new song 'Don't Lie to Me' and was inspired by the Bill Maher's Real Time opening titles. I worked with Stun Creative to flesh out a design concept that was unique to Barbra's vision that framed up the current political climate.
Design Exploration
Every project is a process and part of that is exploring a variety of different ways to visually illustrate the concept or story. I designed several alternate directions that explored two different themes.
In Your Words
The first alternate concept used Barbara's words as a window into the political landscape and social topics that are effecting every American.
Through The Flag
This second concept used the decaying lines of the American flag to wrap around Barbara then lead us on a journey through the social and political issues.
