Role: Logo and Brand Identity for an American urban wear brand
Location: Florida, USA
The client wanted something sophisticated, but with a strong presence. Something that could be used on a retail store front and online. The company will sell clothing at high end prices with an emphasis on urban wear. Client also required flexibility to be used on branded clothing of the company, which would be sold to consumers. Target would be between the ages of 16-40 mostly men

Our Design solution / Rationale:

A simple arrowhead icon was incorporated into the wordmark to signify “Launch” and “Release” and to replace the A in a subtle manner. The use of negative white space around its shared letter R evokes modern and sleek sophistication. 

Overall, the whole idea is to visually suggest the context behind Release- in this case, being released or almost freeing itself from inside a box/border element. This provides an elegant contrast to the word “After” as well as make the logo distinct and memorable
