On January 4, 2013, Soquel, CA. I went to the beach to clear my mind. Once I arrived I learned that the bay had swelled and driftwood littered the beach. A few people had created beautiful temporary shelters there. These will be torn down by the park district 1-2 days from now. For now I am glad to have captured them with my camera's eye—preserving them (and my little journey of discovery) forever.
