This series was produced from Kodachrome slides which were then collaged and layered. The effect evokes stained glass windows when viewed in person from the vintage slide projector. Some slides were purchased at a Salvation Army store, while others were gifted from a biologist friend.

During the exhibition of these works at the part time gallery in Chicago, viewers were invited to participate by clicking through the works on a Vivitar 5000 AF slide projector.

Some works were created with a live model acting as one layer of the collage, others include two slides layered on one another. Photoshop was not used.
