In both B&W ads (above) and color (below) I wrote headlines and copy to meet specific service offerings, events, and special pricing. In all cases the goal was to speak directly to the reader.
I wrote and designed this series of ads for the agency at which I was Creative Director.
Gore has a unusual "lattice" organizational structure that relies on employees' unique points of view. So, rather than the usual diversity ad tactic of highlighting the commonality in us all, I chose to cast the stark contrasts in people as a strength. 
At the beginning of the Iraq war, Sierra was the health services administrator for TriCare. In addition to writing and designing this ad, which appeared in the Army-Navy game program, I created the tagline "service fit for heroes."
Using still images and kinetic type, I wrote and art directed this spot with the goal of provoking a dialog, even if the viewers were fast forwarding.

ScienceCareers.org is the jobs site for the journal Science. With some very defined value propositions unique to the world of science, I wrote and art directed this series of ads.
Everyone wants great IT talent. So I helped this IT staffing firm attract candidates with specific, highly relevant value propositions presented in these engaging banner ads.
