1.Natural Position vs. Non-natural position
Our wrists has a natural position. In normally, they can do many position very well. But problem is long time stay in non-natural position. Actuallay mouses push us to non-natural position for long time, and it hurts our wrist muscles.
2. Touching area
You can see this image: Without any rest our wrist touching to surface directly our muscles and bones. When surface touching to same point on our wrist, this fact can create some pains and deformaiton on our skins. Some times, users can get carpal tunnel syndromes and it can be finishing with a medical operations.
In market, equivalently mousepads whit wrist rest can offer natural position closely, but they are not adjustable. Cause of, probably you can not get natural positon very well.
Also they have small touching surface. All our wrist weight pressing to this small area. İn long time usage, wrist joint can get pain.
