Design brief summary
The LED lighting product includes light and movement sensor which is placed in plastic injected body. Celikdizayn has already produced functionally same product which is made by aluminium extruded bodies. The aim of using plastic injected body for this project is the decreasing of the production expenses for per product. In the other hand, by huge investment, to jump higher step position to local competetors.

New product must have modern and elegance form to survive on market rack with Europian competetors (Philips etc...)Easy mounting and servicing with magnetic tape behind the body
Usage: Wardrobe, drawer, under bed frame, night lamp, entrance doors, emergency lamp.
 Components
_The body is made by plastic injection
_6-8 pcs of LEDs in each body
_Internal movement sensor (PIR) 
_Ligth sensor
_On/off button
_Control switch: off-on- only torch
_Works 3 pcs AA Batteries
_One electronic card (its details will come frome China manifacturer)
_As last user mounting details must have double side of tape, one side tape, metal sheet and magnetic sheet has used.
At the beginning, we have started to design with general structure and functions of the product. Then, we start to search for a form that can get all  the component inside. Lastly, manufacturing and last user’s mounting senario has decided. We presented out project to manufacturer company at the end. 
To place all the components we create basic 2d drawing. Then 3d model was prepared by me as a solid data. Because there are many components and criterias to organized. The first structure helped us to see unnecessary volume, mounting and structural method and details of the project.
Design engineer details modeled on Rhino Ceros. Final data has montage senario, draft angle, thickness analyses... We have share the designs to mold designers. Then we follow-up the process until the product is on the market.
