The Goal: To improve the "complaint" and "search reputation" areas.
The main goal of this platform is to use your rights as consumer and be able to complaint about a service, company or product. The platform also allows users to get to know the business' reputation before making the purchase of it's services or products. Also, there is a company stats, ranked by rate scores and divided into service categories.
Easy to find
Clearly separated, all sections are easy to recognize. The main features are displayed in the homepage organized by hierarchy. The first sketch representes that "less is more" when it comes to provide a service online.

The same hierarchy is used in the app. The main goal is displayed in the first screen: complaint and search. All colors and icons are the same from the website to recreate the environment in both platforms.
