‘Engine rooms’ is a city break rooms for daily rental, situated in downtown Rijeka (Croatia).
The entire living space has been modularly designed, tailored to the needs of visitors. The apartment
can be converted into one common area or four smaller apartments within one.
‘Engine rooms’ symbolizes innovation within the concept of housing design, as well as a link
to the city of Rijeka as one of the largest European ports and a significant industrial center.
The identity creation was based on the apartment floor plan elements, combined with the concept
of modular interior design. The color selection represents a connection with the industrial style,
embedded in a sophisticated and luxurious interior design.
