Techfugees is a global initiative of technologists, designers and content experts helping the refugee crisis. During the first Techfugees hackathon in Belgrade, organized in 2016, InfoHelp was born.
It is a USSD service aiming at helping the most vulnerable on their journey. It is a fully offline info system that works on any mobile phone and it does not rely on the internet coverage, only on the telco network.
It is a smart, low tech solution applicable to any situation, specifically - crisis situations.
