In order to recognise their employees that had delivered on the company value of innovation, leading lighting company OSRAM tasked us to create an award trophy that would be handed to deserving employees at an annual ceremony.

We developed the Orange Award based around the theme of "We believe in ideas" and wanted to create an innovative trophy that was a physical manifestation of the award concept. Using OSRAMs own innovations in lighting, the result is a unique design sculpture - a dinner plate sized ring of light that bathes the holder in orange light when touched.
