Fossil e-Commerce Enhancements
Fossil hired Rosetta to implement a set of features and enhanced functionality to their existing site. I served as the lead Information Architect responsible for the design of all wireframes and ensuring they mapped back to stated business requirements.

The old site didn't allow users to easily see sub-categories. The new design brought all sub-categories onto the same page while still allowing them to browse products as they liked.

We designed a new Product Detail page that incorporated cross-selling as well as more streamlined process for adding items to the shopping cart.
