An old area in Dubai called Al-Ras is brought alive in this short documentary film. It was the main origin of business in the city and in the film we hear the stories of a group of traders who have stayed in this area despite the changes that have happened in the city.
This film was a student project, I DOPed and edited it, it was shot on BetacamSP in 2007.
It was screened at the Gulf Film Festival.
