ABOUT THE PROJECT
Wissh Wash is an on-demand laundry service company based in Jaipur that offers laundry and dry cleaning services through their mobile app. We redesigned their app UI/UX We worked with their team to define the information architecture, new features, creating the user flows to enhance the user experience whilst ensuring that a user has to do minimum efforts for doing anything on the app. The goal of the UI was to keep the feeling of familiarity, improve user engagement without making the user learn a lot of new controls or features in the app.
