All of these photographs were taken by me over several years in Cologne, the city I live in.
I'm in love with the bright light of the banal that surrounds me. Often it is not seen or crowded out. I'm trying to get ahold of it by framing my environment with my own sense of imagery. Always trying to reflect upon what I capture and in what relationship I stand with that before me. Thoughts that little by little help me understand my irregular place among those things that I take for granted.
