In July 2012 I completed 2 weeks' work experience at Glyph, a graphic design and web development studio near Colchester. During my time at Glyph, I used Illustrator properly for the first time and I found it to be a really useful and fun program to use. I was designing around the subject of men's grooming, selecting objects to illustrate such as shaving products, hair products etc. I enjoyed the logic and challenge behind putting simple shapes together to create something that is recognisable.
