For the 2011 TEDx speaker title sequence W+K Motion had the wonderful opportunity to work with the talents of Steven Denekis and Derek Kim. Both had created an inspiring package for the show and it became our duty to imagine the print, online packaging and opening speaker title sequence.

In terms of direction the team was pretty open and willing to try anything. We began with the basics of the show packaging, which used vertically split type offsetting each to create a custom type face. Using this method we cut between tight close-ups and mid level shots along with cropping and various compositions to give a bauhausian style approach.
