La Surprise,
a Chatbot Experiment

The Institut is a french consultancy agency. They help companies in difficulties to structure their team and projects in the most productive way in order to gain more strength and grow again. We built an identity that could adapt to any entity. The moving shape is a metaphor for all entities inside the company, always moving and perfecting themselves. Behind is a perfect circle. The entity is always trying to match the perfect circle, sometimes getting close, sometimes getting far but always in movement, perfecting itself.
When it come to e-commerce, I believe that chatbots has a big place to play but it has to be integrated directly in the flow and help the navigation. An integrated chatbot experience can be divided into 2 parts:

The discovery
You navigate through all products. This is a standard view but it could be extended to whatever you want as long as it gives room for the chat on the right side of the screen.

The discussion
Based on what you discover on the left, the chat will automatically interact with you and propose you better products. If you are stuck and don't find what you're looking for, the chat can ask you questions to help you in your search.
